Spectrum is also dedicated to offering its customers a "meaningful purchase" by providing gainful employment and meaningful vocational experiences to teens and young adults with Autism and other developmental disabilities  so they can live fuller more productive lives through the world of work! 

Spectrum is a non profit ground breaking venture which fully engages individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and similar developmental disabilities,  in all aspects of production.
